- Received a Grant for $80,000 towards this project.
• Third Street Curbs
- As a result of favorable bid prices we were able to add the full length of Third Street curbing to the 2011 projects
- We will be paving Third Street in 2012
• Pine Street Water Main Upgrade
- This was done as part of a cooperative project with NJNG who will also be replacing their gas main once we are done.
- This project moves us closer to completing the water system reinforcement program that we have been working on for the past 10 years.

- Phase 2 is anticipated to begin Spring of 2013 received a grant for $286,450

- We bid the project in 2011 but all improvements were completed in 2012 ahead of the baseball season.

- Fern Avenue Water Main Phase I – Received a grant for $80,000
- Pine Street Curbing Project – replace curbing on the western side of Pine Street
- Pine Street/West Central Avenue road resurfacing project in partnership with NJNG.
- West Central Avenue Sidewalk and Street Improvements – will be completed in March of 2013
